Behind the voice.
The Spark is a Nashville-based worship band centered on husband-and-wife team Chris and Ro Marvin. Chris leads much of the songwriting and musical direction, with songs grounded in Scripture and the life of a worshipping community.
Their catalogue includes Burning Hearts and the live recording Ascent. The project has grown from local church worship into gatherings around the United States while continuing to write original music. The Spark joins Out of the Depths on Psalm 8, whose words hold the vastness of creation alongside the worth of human life.
